According to reporters from Harbin Taiping International Airport, the airport plans to restart the Harbin to Yekaterinburg route from March 30.
This route will be operated by Russia's Ural Airlines using the A319 aircraft, with two flights every Monday and Thursday, under the flight number U6755/6. The specific schedule is as follows: every Sunday, the flight departs from Yekaterinburg at 22:10 and arrives in Harbin at 5:05 the next day; it then departs from Harbin at 5:55 and arrives back in Yekaterinburg at 11:25. Every Wednesday, the flight leaves Yekaterinburg at 18:20 and arrives in Harbin at 1:10 the next day; it then departs from Harbin at 2:10 and arrives back in Yekaterinburg at 7:35. All times mentioned are in Beijing time. Yekaterinburg International Airport is one of the busier airports in Russia, offering passengers convenient transfers to other parts of Russia and various European countries. The resumption of the Harbin to Yekaterinburg route will provide more convenient travel options for passengers between China and Russia. Currently, Harbin Airport has opened multiple international and regional routes originating from Harbin, including flights to Vladivostok, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Krasnoyarsk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Yakutsk, and Blagoveshchensk in Russia, as well as to Seoul in South Korea, and Tokyo, Osaka, and Niigata in Japan. Additionally, policies such as the 240-hour transit visa exemption have been implemented, simplifying the visa process for tourists and making entry into Harbin easier, greatly enhancing the inbound tourism experience.
